David Dawkins – Founder and CEO
David Dawkins is the Founder and CEO of Digital Innovations Global, an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect, who started the company back in May 1994. David is 100% customer focused.
David specialises in architecting and translating digital strategy into business capabilities; leveraging against 26 years extensive experience designing on and off-premise Service-Orientated Architecture (SOA) for $10bn projects which have delivered for 20 million customers, over £156 billion of payment transactions annually. Using mid-range and legacy systems with virtual Microsoft desktop and server infrastructure, networks, databases, COTS applications including commercial and open source ERP and CRM cloud environments. David utilises a broad knowledge of IBM, SAP Sybase, Oracle, VMware, Java, software development and engineering, solution architecture, cloud computing (DevOps) and enterprise architecture.
David directs strategic platform design, providing the appropriate Cloud infrastructure vendor (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Platform) be adopted. Based on cost and compatible/available features for public, private, and hybrid cloud with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS incorporating auto-scaling, load balancing with real-time Hadoop data warehouse analytics (Big Data), taking advantage of significant benefits that the cloud offers. David has extensive experience of product and service transition in complex, flat/hierarchical Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Telecommunication organisations with a user base more than 50,000, understanding the complexities and processes of moving UNIX and Microsoft COTS application products and services from one supplier to another.
Having a deep understanding of the challenges and steps required to avoid additional costs and the hidden pitfalls of migrating on-premise infrastructure to the cloud, such as existing licencing arrangements, application compatibilities, current and supplier data format conversions, using implementation and security assessments.

Chetan is responsible for setting the overall direction of sales engineering activities, tools, and processes. Day-to-day operations include leading a team of Solutions Architects to provide comprehensive, detailed technical expertise (covering all aspects of pre-sales activities) for customers, partners and prospects to support consistent sales growth with a focus on Cloud Migration / hybrid on-premise / private solutions.
